Attached or Free Standing Pergolas
All pergola kits from Amish Country Gazebos are free standing. No need to attach your pergola to your home unless that’s your preferred place for it! If your home (or another structure) IS the perfect location for your new pergola, our DIY pergola kits come with an attachment kit to make the connection simple – no hunting through rows of nuts and bolts required, we’ve already provided them along with our step-by-step instructions!
Wood or Vinyl Pergolas
Our pergolas are available as both vinyl pergola kits and wood pergola kits in a variety of sizes, ranging from 8×8 to 16×32, with prices ranging from under $1,500 to over $15,000. Request our pergola catalog to see all available wood and vinyl pergola sizes.
We even offer a Pergola-in-a-Box! If price is the most important factor in your pergola purchase, then our brilliantly designed Pergola-in-a-Box is right for you. It comes in two sizes, 8 x 10 and 10 x 12, and is delivered in easy-to-handle boxes. The Pergola-in-a-Box offers the same handsome, durable functionality as the rest of our pergola kits. The main difference between the Pergola-in-a-Box and the rest of our pergola kits is the limited number of upgrades. Unlike the rest of our pergola kits – which have a plethora of customization options — the only change that may be made to a Pergola-in-a-Box is the addition of an electrical package. Amish Country Gazebos Pergola-in-a-Box kits come with pressure treated southern yellow pine and our normal lifetime warranty against rot or termites. Stain or paint may be added at your discretion post-assembly.
Wooden Pergola Kits
Our traditional wood pergola kits are crafted with unstained pressure treated pinewood and come with solid laminated 5×5 posts with decorative post skirts. (Cedar, canyon brown, cinder or mahogany stain is available if desired). Solid 2×6 joist spans the shorter side of your new pergola, with 2×4 runners spanning the longer side. Both the 2×6’s and the 2×4’s feature scalloped ends and notched intersections to resist warping. Anchor brackets are also included for connecting the posts to your concrete pad or wood deck.
Looking for a more artisan feel? Wooden pergola kits from Amish Country Gazebos are also available in the natural beauty of cedar wood.
Amish Country Gazebos traditional vinyl pergola kits feature maintenance-free white vinyl with high-quality pressure treated 5×5 wood posts inside the vinyl sleeves, ensuring strength and long life for your pergola! Each post includes an attractive post base to cover the hardware used in securing the posts to your concrete pad or wood deck. 1 ½ x 5 ½ joists with decorative scalloped end caps span the short side of your pergola, while 1 ½ x 1 ½ square runners with decorative diamond end caps span the longer side.
Going for a more classic look? Consider opting for Roman columns for your vinyl gazebo in place of standard square posts.
Both our classic vinyl and wood pergola kits come with a heavy-duty double 2×6 header with braces to add rigidity and durability to your pergola. A lattice roof can enhance your classic pergola by adding useful shade.
